Frequently asked questions

How will I receive my digital product?

As soon as you complete your payment, you will receive an email with your download link, and your files will also be available in your customer dashboard for 7 days.

Books are PDF files and calculators are Excel files, ready to use straight away.

I haven't received the email with my file(s). What can I do?

This is most likely due to your email provider's spam filter. First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, wait a few minutes: if after 10 to 20 minutes you still haven't received it, email me at [email protected] and tell me what happened.

Remember that you can also download your files from your customer dashboard for 7 days after your purchase.

Will I receive a physical copy of the book?

No. The products in this shop are digital files only, in PDF or Excel format, and do not include a physical copy. If you would like a printed copy, you can look for it on Amazon or email me, and I'll be happy to send you the link if it's available.

What is your refund policy?

At checkout, you tick a box asking for immediate access to your purchase and accepting that digital products can't be refunded once downloaded, nor corrections once delivered. So please read the product description carefully before buying.

If a file arrives damaged or isn't the one you bought, email me and I'll fix it right away or refund you.

Can I share this purchase with others?

No. The products are for your personal or professional use only and must not be shared with others. Sharing these materials constitutes copyright infringement.

How many times can I download my purchase?

You can download it as many times as you need for 7 days after your purchase, from the email or from your customer dashboard. I recommend saving the file to your computer or cloud storage as soon as you download it.

Do the download links expire?

Yes. You have 7 days from your purchase to download your files. After that, access closes; if you need it again, email me at [email protected] with your order details.

What devices can I use to view the PDFs?

You can open them on any device with a PDF reader, including:

Computers (Windows and Mac)
Tablets (iPad and Android)
